Relationship management is a strategy in which a business or organization maintains an ongoing level of engagement with its customers whether they are individuals or other businesses. Relationship management aims to create a partnership between the business and its patrons, instead of viewing the relationship as merely transactional.
For the past 2 years here at M3T we have been increasing our focus on relationship management and have always preferred to build relationships and not just sell solutions. Our team of account managers has been expanded and each is responsible for clients assigned to them involving regular communication and assisting with their security solution needs. This model has also been the focus of our project management team where each team member has been assigned specific clients. This allows them to become more knowledgeable about our client’s needs and processes and in turn provide them better service.
