Advocating for the Customer within the Partner Organization

Advocacy is defined by Merriam-Webster as “the act or process of supporting a cause or proposal.”

As M3T Corporation enters its 20th year there have been many changes in the industry and changes in how we interact with clients and the types of relationships we have.  This includes not only how we conduct our overall business model, but it changes the roles of individuals as well.

As one of several account managers, we must be more than just “salespeople”, we work with our clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and deficiencies so we can better recommend solutions to resolve those needs.  We strive to be a consultant and a trusted partner.

This also means that as our clients’ account manager that we need to advocate for our clients.  Sometimes this occurs as we communicate with manufacturers of the solutions or within our organization to ensure that what we deliver and how it’s accomplished is fitting the needs of our customers and fulfilling our commitment to them.

If you would like to know more about how we can be your trusted advocate please feel free to reach out to us at connect@m3tcorporation.com
