Warehouse & Operations Support

This position requires you to assist the warehouse in maintaining the property/building and the field.  The responsibilities of this position extend to working with all positions in the company.  The success of this position requires teamwork and coordination along with a can-do attitude.


This is a Part-Time position: Monday - Friday between 6:30am – 9:30 am, or as needed to achieve company objectives and fulfill client needs.



6:30 am – 7:30 am:  Receive shipments

7:30 am – 9:30 am:  Other responsibilities


Keep warehouse neat and organized:

  • Breaking down boxes and pallets
  • Wire organization – stock check
  • Making sure things get put back in their proper place


Maintain inventory of safety items - hard hats, safety glasses, fall protection, safety vest:

  • Check for safety issues - conduct ladders & equipment safety inspection quarterly
  • Conduct vehicle inspections quarterly


Assisting with inventory:

  • Maintain and organize all non-inventory materials (J-hook, Conduit, Bat Wings)
  • Maintain and organize tool inventory – tool asset tagging
  • Arrange project pallets by BOM
  • Notify on all SC parts when in
  • Assisting with pulling materials needed for projects
  • Maintain Truck inventory when/if flipped out trucks
  • Purchasing/Researching parts – pricing updates


Assisting with received items:

  • Check packing slips to items delivered
  • In QB – send received email/update BO
  • Check BOM against the project parts in the cage to make sure BOM is complete before leaving for site


Fork lift certified – be capable of moving any materials into the racks & unload trucks:


Maintain parking lot/building:

  • Check if we have salt, oil, fuel on hand for tractor, snowblower
  • Snow removal
  • Replace light bulbs in building if needed
  • Other general repairs or maintenance items

Security & Powered Door Integration Technician

This position requires a responsible, caring professional who wants to be part of the top performing M3T managed services team. Responsibilities include: installing all the field hardware required for our customer solutions including door locks, readers, devices, cameras, intercoms, control cabinets, powered doors, some cabling, some software work and programming with experience and training.


Steps to Success:

  • we provide training both on the job and weekly at our Resource Center Training Board – after a period of time you will be sent to certain manufacturer training sessions usually lasting no more than a week
  • The in-house training program consists of four phases, focusing on all the key areas of our work. Testing out from one level to the next is required.
  • when your supervisor determines you are ready, you will be given a company van with inventory and tools which you can take home. When techs have their own van, they are expected to work independently at our client sites
  • Our client sites are across the 5 states of PA, MD, DE, VA and the eastern spur of WV. There is occasional overnight travel between Monday-Thursday evenings, company pays for hotel and provides a per diem for food
  • You will be paid for travel when job sites are greater than 75 miles from the office
  • We provide uniforms as well as an annual stipend for boots
  • You will have monthly meetings with your supervisor where he or she will check in with you to determine how you are doing and where you areas of interest lie. These meetings are part of our Growth & Development Plan that each employee jointly develops with their supervisor
  • You will receive an annual review on your hire date anniversary which is a full assessment of performance as well as an opportunity for additional compensation



  • Combined 1-3 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic fields and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas required
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including diagnostic instruments
  • Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, especially must be able to interface and communicate with clients
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Ability to climb in overhead structures, in close quarters and on ladders in both occupied and unoccupied sites.

We will interview you after you compete a low voltage diagram and a mechanical aptitude evaluation

Our 1st interview is focused on evaluating your character and personality fit in our culture

Additional interviews may be done as well – we provide a written job offer which details pay and time off among other criteria

Starting pay is based on experience and demonstrated skills which we typically see in the $15-32 range

You can expect to receive a full benefit package including vacation and insurances once you reach the end of the 90 day probationary period

Account Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers. This position will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This position is responsible to cross pollinate the M3T lanes of service with clients, produce revenue, and achieve full client satisfaction.



  • Grow revenue with all assigned accounts annually through in channel and cross channel sales
  • Completes surveys and proposal/designs for customers and presents to customer
  • Identifies accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulates strategies to retain the customers.
  • Communicate with leadership and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers.
  • Make business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct investigations on any disputes with customers upon request, i.e. billing.
  • Gather market information to create offers that will boost the company margins and beat competitors.
  • Monitor performance keeping the budget in mind and suggest measures to maintain profits.
  • Strive to achieve revenue goals set each year by leadership.



• 5 Years of Security Industry Experience

• 2 Years Project Management Experience and/or 1 Year Field Experience

• Fluent experience in the following areas: Access Control / CCTV / Power Door / Gates / Intercom / Physical (Environmental) Security / Security Architecture and Design

• Possess fluent knowledge of office technology platforms
