Managed Services

M3T provides a 30-day warranty on all labor. Materials are warranted for 30 days or for the length of the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is longer. Should materials fail after the 30-day labor warranty, labor charges will apply for their replacement, regardless of the material’s individual warranty status.

Managed services provided by M3T, such as preventative maintenance, system health checks, software programming, and configuration, do not carry a warranty.

New Project Installation

We offer a 12-month warranty on hardware, installation, and workmanship following substantial completion of the project. This warranty covers on-site labor and the replacement or repair of materials supplied by M3T. However, costs related to travel or renting equipment to access warrantable items are not covered and will be billed to the customer.

M3T Service Shield Program

Upon customer request or during scheduled maintenance, M3T will repair on-site equipment due to normal wear and tear, including labor and equipment expenses, for the duration of the Service Shield agreement.

However, any extraordinary service or repair costs resulting from alterations to the customer’s premises, system changes requested by the customer, or damage beyond M3T’s control will be the responsibility of the customer. This includes any impact on the system caused by changes to the customer’s computer network. For full terms, please refer to the agreement.
