Relationship Management is a strategy in which an organization maintains an ongoing engagement with their customers and prospects. It is all about understanding who your customers and potential customers are and nurturing the relationship you have with them. It is identifying client expectations and how you meet or go beyond their expectations. The approach seeks to improve the relationship between the business and the customer.

At M3T Corporation, we focus on relationship management. Our Account Managers team uses the first relationship management model, awareness. It is the first touchpoint where prospects try to know more about M3T. We then discover and learn the needs of the prospects and share information to fulfill their requirements. After we successfully gained a customer and provided a solution for their organization, M3T maintains a follow-up after the purchase to determine the customer is satisfied with their solution and experience. M3T continues to follow-up and check-in to make sure their needs are met.
