M3T Corporation Grows and Develops Their Engineering Team

Nathan Rain partners with Atticus Bierbaum to supply comprehensive project designs which produce trouble-free system implementation and customer satisfaction.

In September 2021, M3T Corporation grew its Engineering Team to two employees to accommodate the project load. Atticus Bierbaum is named Senior Design Engineer and Nathan Rain joins the team as Junior Design Engineer.

Atticus joined us with approximately three years industry experience with intrusion, CCTV, and structural cabling projects. As he worked full time, he completed his Associate’s Degree in Structural Engineering Technology at HACC.

After joining the team in 2017, Atticus worked as a Managed Services Integration Technician working on Project Integration and Service Support.  After two years in the field, he was promoted to Design Engineer. Throughout his service at M3T Corporation, Atticus continued pursuing his higher education goals. In May 2021 he graduated with a Bachelors in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Penn State University.

As Senior Design Engineer, Atticus Bierbaum is responsible for the review and design of projects sold by our Account Management Team.  He also participates in many pre-sale engineering discussions which may require discussion with account managers, customers or contractors.  This helps to ensure that our customers have the appropriate solution for their respective need.

Before coming to work at M3T Corporation, Nathan Rain was in the United States Navy for five years. He managed telecommunications as a Radioman in the Submarine Electronic Computer Field (SECF). Additionally, Nathan earned his Associates’s Degree in Industrial Technology from HACC.

Nathan joined M3T in 2018 as a Managed Services Project Manager in charge of service dispatch. After two years, he transitioned to an Integration Technician position. Nathan spent one year in the field to gain an understanding of the security systems to better design and engineer in his new position. While working full time, Nathan is pursuing his Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

As Junior Design Engineer, Nathan Rain will be tasked with drafting accurate representative schematics, assisting Atticus on system architecture on projects, and building a knowledge of design within our industry.
